How it works
Go to Documents, open "Black Desert", then "UserCache".
Your worker.cache file sits inside that numbered folder.
Click "See your real numbers" and drop the file in. Your empire appears, priced against the live market.
Can't find it? Search for "worker.cache" inside the Black Desert folder.
What the game won't tell you
We divide every node's yield by its full connection cost. A great node behind an expensive road often loses to a modest one next door.
Goblins are fast, giants carry, humans crit. We model all three so you stop parking a goblin where a giant belongs.
When lumber spikes or ore crashes, yesterday's best node isn't today's. Rankings update with the market.

Same nodes, ranked by contribution-point cost
CP totals include the route's connection nodes.
A worker empire is a network of connected nodes where lodged workers produce materials while you play or sit AFK. A real one needs 200+ contribution points. The rankings above show which worker nodes pay enough to belong in one.
Goblins work and move fastest but hold the least stamina, so they earn most on distant nodes while you are around to feed them. Giants carry more and last longest AFK. Humans sit between the two with the best luck. Each ranking row already names the best worker for that node.
Yield per work cycle × cycles per day × market price, minus tax. Cycles come from the node's workload against the worker's work speed, plus travel time both ways. That is why a fast goblin can out-earn a giant on a far node.
Ordinary worker nodes land around 50k to 300k silver per CP per day, and the best farms go well past that. Judge a node by silver per CP including its connection chain, not by raw output. The rankings here count the whole route.
No salary. Hiring costs 5 energy per roll at a Work Supervisor, and the real spend is contribution points on lodging and nodes. The only upkeep is food. Each completed job costs stamina, which you refill with beer or cooked meals.
It depends on current prices. The more a material sells for on the Central Market, the less crating pays. Crates skip market tax by selling to an NPC with a distance bonus of up to 150%. The crate calculator answers crate-or-market for any route.
150%. Valencia to Nampo reaches the full bonus, Grána to Nampo pays about 121%, and Valencia to Grána about 114%. The desert buff requirement was removed in 2023, so any long route works.
Workerman and bdo-empire optimize the workers you already own; this site ranks which nodes are worth owning at all. The empire page also reads a Workerman export or worker.cache, so you can do both in one place.
